All shipping within the US is free.

Automatic Apparel values our customers and respect your privacy. We collect information about you in our stores and through our websites in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. 

Only your order information, shipping information, and order-related data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over the web server(s). We do not store your Credit Card data.

If our information practices change, we will post an updated policy on our website. You can tell if the policy has changed by checking the revision date that appears above. If we change the policy in a material way, we will provide appropriate notice to you. Returns & Replacements

No likey? It is OK to return your item. Just mail us back the item and sales receipt, postmarked within 20 days of purchase. Your Automatic Apparel packaging tube serves as a returns package. 

3 Steps for Easy Returns:

1) Flip It                Fill out Automatic Apparel label and flip it over to reveal returns address. 
2) Stick It              Insert product and receipt back into tube. 
3) Lick It               Seal top of tube with tape, adhere postage to tube, and drop it in the mail! Post Office is our recommended courier.


Ordering

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Place Order". You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card. 


When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
  • The address you want to ship to.
  • Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
  • Any promotional codes you have received.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Updating Account Information

You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time. To access your account, click on "Your Account" at the top of any page on our site. From here, you can select an area you wish to update. You will then be asked to sign in with your email address and password and will be taken to the page where you can view or edit your information.
